Return to [sweetgeorgia] Mountain

Soon soon soon. We’ll be re-opening SweetGeorgia Yarns online in the next few weeks after I return from Whistler. My office is starting to look a lot like it once did… piled high with brightly coloured yarns and fibres… tags hanging delicately off the end of each skein. I’m excited to show you what I’ve been working on, but here’s a teeny tiny sample…

Recently Dyed

The last of the Polwarth! I bought some Turquoise dye powder a few weeks ago but just recently got around to mixing the dye stock solutions. I don’t know if I like the turquoise so much… I still think the stuff looks like tie-dye.

Our live/work space at 4th and Main street is our production dye studio where we dye all our yarns. Knitters and spinners are welcome to get a glimpse into the world of hand-dyed yarn and experience a slice of the sweet life.
