Just found your blog yesterday and am enjoying all the posts I have read so far. I am a weaver on break (my loom sits forlorning in the corner with a warp from 2 years ago), and I am looking for a way to get my creative juices going again...what better way than to connect with fellow fiber people! ^-^

So you are coming to Japan in the near future? Hmmmmm, that's where I live!

I've been reading along for months now, lurking and drooling at the lovely images you post, following along as you journey into the wonderful world of weaving. I'd love to learn this - maybe some day.

What prompts me to comment is how lucky you are to have a good selection of yarn shops. Locally here (Mtl.) there is a sad lack of shops offering anything of interest or quality, which sucks big time. Ahh well, maybe there are hidden treasures tucked away that no one has yet discovered. For now, I guess I'll just have to look and drool.

I had heard that Koigu was very hard to find in Vancouver. If that was true, it sounds like the city has a great new asset with your beautiful product and Koigu and who knows what else in the future?

Looks nice and I'm glad they're selling your beautiful yarns.

I tried to go on Tuesday, seeing I couldn't make the opening, and found that they're CLOSED that day. Bah! It was the capper on a truly dreadful day and I wish they had it on their website.

I'll give 'em a second chance, though. Just not this week. sigh

Your yarn looks so lovely setting there on the racks. Looks so pretty in the store!

Oh.... A fall trip to China and Japan. Sounds lovely, can not wait to see what fiber goodies you come back with. :)
