Incidentally, I just had Za Jiang Mien for lunch a few days ago . . . I miss that stuff :( 2. It is my dream in life to buy, not the house I was born in, but my Grandmother's house, and restore it to exactly the way it was when I was growing up, even though I thought then (and will probably think even more so now) that it was the most hideously put together house I've ever seen. Sentimental value is priceless, heh :) 1. Incidentally, I just had Za Jiang Mien for lunch a few days ago . . . I miss that stuff :(

Man, I used to work really close to a great Chinese noodle shop that made their own noodles (had an industrial noodle extruder in the back). Loved that stuff.
