This is my first visit to your blog. I got here through Zen needle. Wow! A Buffy knitter! I have the first 5 seasons of Buffy on DVD and often knit and watch. Hush is one of my favorites. How I envy you. What is Slayer yarn and did someone mention Spike yarn? That would be a platinum blond and blood red combo I presume. That’s the one I want.

NO WAY!!!!!! I am beyond jealous!!! A coworker gave me a little “Vampire in a box” kit, and then I had my own little slayerfest weekend and watched half of Season 3 while finishing my Waving Lace Sock… but a singalong!!??!?!? I would have been there in a heartbeat! How cheesy is it to admit that I have a singalong in my car with my OMWF CD fairly often?? Sheesh. And I was sick last week and completely missed the Slayer yarn. Will you let me know if you do more? Or Spike yarn. Or Angel Yarn. Sheesh. I must really be having Buffy withdrawal.

Oh my… this is my first visit here and what do I encounter? Buffy sing-a-long stuff! I am in heaven! I’ve got the soundtrack to “Once More with Feeling” on my ipod- it makes me get all sappy happy to listen to it.

I am so jealous! I want a Buffy sing-a-long, and I am glad that I am not the only person suffering the Buffy withdrawal. I was upset when F/x reduced the repeats to 1. I have seasons 1-3, but we need to get the remainder! What is this Buffy yarn?

‘Willow’ arrived with me here in England today! That was fast!! Thanks soo much, it’s really gorgeous yarn. And as for the Buffy-along: my boyfriend is beyond jealous. I am too, but I don’t sing, I listen. He walks round the house singing, often Buffy. The loony.

My friends and I had a homespun version of a Buffy singalong last Sunday night. It was so much fun, but we didn't get bubbles and fangs. There was supposed to be a live performance of it here, in San Francisco, but it had to be cancelled when Fox sent them a cease and desist order.

On a knitting note, I made a version of Cherries and never wore mine either. You are right, it's the garment that adds 30 pounds.

Ohmigod! A singalong to Once More, with Feeling? How I envy you. I have all the songs on my ipod and listen to it more often than my boyfriend, coworkers, etc., would like to know.

For those considering buying the DVDs of Buff: Go, do, now. I have seasons 1 through 3 and really do watch them again and again. FX stopped showing 2 back to back in the morning, which is a bummer. But I often get my morning knitting done to the last part of an ep.
