Sixteen Swatches
All sixteen Level 1 swatches are done and blocked! Most are tagged except for the OXO Cable and the Two-Colour swatch, but here they are:
Write a page of documentation for each one and pack it off!
As exciting as watching blocking swatches dry.
Yes, even though weaving in 38 ends and blocking 16 individual swatches takes a long time and is incredibly boring, writing up the documentation is even more so. Ah, but I shall be done soon.
Congratulations on “finishing”. I know what a bore all the “presentation” work can be. I thought I’d go insane before I was done with it. Everything looks beautiful though and quite sure you’ll pass with flying colors.
I’d given myself a deadline of June 15th for L2 but after finishing the vest I’ve lost interest again…..or rather I’ve found more interesting things to do.
Can’t wait for you to be L2 with me.

Wow! Do you think you’re learning much through this process? I was looking at the certification levels today and that is A LOT of work! Would be cool to be a “master knitter” though.
