Warning! Save your money!
I don’t know what possessed me to order the ["Hollywood Knits Style"](http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/item.asp?Item=978158479345&Catalog=Books&N=35&Lang=en&Section=books&zxac=1) book from Chapters last week, but it’s just awful. Sorry! I mean, the photos are lovely (kudos to Deborah Jaffe!), but the actual content is weak and boring. Another knitted bag on circular bamboo handles? Almost exactly like the one in SnB? And sweaters for wiener dogs? A knitted heart-shaped pillow? Ugly sweaters for men? Ick. Could the one redeeming quality be the inclusion of a recipe for authentic swedish meatballs? I heard the frozen meatballs at IKEA are actually quite good.
Plus, almost all her patterns are for Suss yarns that aren’t available anywhere outside of Los Angeles.
Oh, it’s so “ick” that I’m going to return it tonight.
