Five cents more
Starbucks raised their prices today an average of 11 cents. My morning coffee is five cents more than it was yesterday ($1.71 CDN now). There was a woman at the Starbucks this morning trying to find someone to interview on the radio… she was specifically looking for people who opposed the price increase. Funny thing was that most people in the store couldn’t care less about the price increase; they were going to buy and drink coffee no matter what it cost. So to the one person in the store that opposed the price hike, she says “Will you come on the air with me?”. So much for balanced reporting!
