Boys in the kitchen
Here’s the lovely beef bourguinon my husband made for us using the brand spanking new dutch oven we bought at Ming Wo. The pot is fire engine red and from Le Creuset and I love it!

I loved your article on “Slow Foods in North Carolina”! My friends and I bought my husband a smoker this past summer and he made pulled pork and ribs for all of us. Barbeque has become his own culinary passion and I love that.
I like Ming Wo as much as my LYS. I like to eat as much as I like to knit. Maybe more. Your photos are wonderful.
