Ugh. Nasty mohair.

Yuck. The mohair I ordered arrived the other day and it’s UGLY. It’s “Eggplant” but doesn’t look purple at all. It’s more like an almost-black, non-black colour. Hmmm. Not what I was expecting. I wonder if I should go through all the trouble to make that sweater or if I should hide it in the closet until I can decide what to do with it.

On a happier note, I’ve been using the ball winder and it’s awesome! Since I’m going to start the Very Cherry sweater soon (as soon as I finish Audrey and Zara), I’ve been winding up my hanks of Colinette Point 5 and it’s looking lovely. I’m going to get myself a swift off E-bay this week too. Yay.
